2. Wearing the Base Ring

Place the base ring behind the scrotum and penis.

Pull the testicles through the ring one by one, followed by the penis.

Ensure it sits comfortably at the base without pinching.
3. Attaching the Cage

Slide the metal cage over the penis shaft gently.

Align it with the base ring so both parts connect securely.
4. Locking the Device

Insert the locking pin or hinge mechanism as provided.

Place the padlock (or numbered plastic lock if included) through the designated hole.

Lock it and keep the key safely with your partner (or in a secure spot if self-locking).
5. Comfort & Safety Check

Make sure there’s no sharp edge or skin pinching.

Adjust until you can wear it comfortably without restricting blood circulation.

Always maintain proper hygiene—remove regularly for cleaning.
6. Cleaning & Maintenance

Clean the cage and ring daily with warm water and mild soap while wearing, and thoroughly when removed.

Dry completely before re-locking to avoid moisture buildup.
